The Aggregates series developed as a meditative drawing practice inspired by the tradition of Gongshi or scholar's rocks and the observed geometries of Form Constants. 

This series derives its name from each work being a singular mass formed through the combination and interaction of basic elements. Each drawing experiments with a set of rules designed to fuel adaptive mutations. These operations regulate growth while providing opportunities for novel expressions of form. The interactions of line, shape and color coalesce into fractal amalgams that intimate organic and inorganic networks.
